Although I never use personal data from clients to tout for new bookings, having previous data to hand when I am contacted for next years party, of for a sibling's celebration is helpful to both myself and the client. If you do not wish this I am happy to de-personalise your data at your request.
Any data I need to evidence my financial records needs to be kept for 6 years.
I never share your data with other companies, unless legally required to do so, without your express written permission.
An example of my need to share your data with another company would be if you have requested for me to arrange extra staff, or a third party to supply services to your event, and then I would only share your details after recieving your sought written permission necessary to carry out your wishes.
An example of a legal requirement to share some identifying client information, would be if/when HMRC request it.

You can change your mind at any time!
The nature of the images I take and use, being of children who grow up and become more self-concious, or adults who have taken the plunge into body art, means I am always sensitve the the fact that people change their mind about images being publicly available. What makes us happy and proud one year may not do so the next.
I always take down identifying images from my website and social media accounts when requested by either the individual in the image or the appropriate guardian or parent thereof.
