This is the day that Donna from Donna's Face Painting Yorkshire and I had an amazing time working at the CasTigers home ground, Wheldon Road Stadium, helping three of the First Team Players (Ben Roberts, Michael Stenton and Junior Moors) reveal their tiger selves for a great end of 2016/start of 2017 season promotion.
Michelle's ideas and brief were for natural/realistic effect tigers on half of each of the players faces and some areas of the neck/chest/torso to reveal the tiger stripes while ripping off the old 2106 kit in preparation for 2017 new season and kit to come.
In order for the paint to last with hot cameras lights and putting on and off of fabric we used a range of professional powders, water based, and hybrid/alcohol based paint.
The guys were great sports and all three traveled home in their paint to show off to their kids!:D
Photographer Allan McKenzie Has coupled the body painting with great direction and editing to acheive some brilliant material. The promotions have been a huge success, the shoot has provided lots of great images and demonstrate brilliantly how face and body art can contribute to a truly winning campaign!
