This lovely mum-to-be (L) got in touch quite late at 35 weeks, and as it was winter time we needed to plan a photo shoot with lighting as well so we were a little pushed for time, especially as L was still working! but we pulled it off!:D
Out of four Bump Painting images that L sent to me of designs she liked, I recognised two from another artist Naomi Grey so we quickly got in touch in case we could get L booked in with her but she was too busy to fit in a booking and gave us her blessings.
We went ahead with a design to incorporate two of the images L liked best. We had our theme! Jungle-Baby-To-Be! :D
Looking to the rain forest and jungle, I researched some vegetation to go with our tiger cub and came across this well known image of Blue Morpho Butterflies and decided it was the perfect way to bring in a bit of irridesence which I love to have in my body paints.
A little practice of a flower or two and we were ready for painting followed by a photo shoot with Photographer Nichola Salvato!:D
L has kindly given permission to share some of the final images here, we've hidden just enough to protect anonymity whilst revealing enough to see how brilliantly happy L was :D
